Copyright and Creative Commons

YourBooksSpace gathers book information and links or files from different websites. Book files made available through the site were sourced from different online locations under Creative Commons licenses, as represented by the source information available for each item. Copyright remains with the respective authors, publishers, and other rights holders; listing or hosting a file does not transfer ownership to YourBooksSpace.

License terms vary by work

Creative Commons is a family of licenses, not a single blanket permission. Each work may carry different conditions, including attribution, noncommercial use, no adaptations, or sharing adaptations under the same terms. Check the license and source information on the individual book page and the original source before downloading, sharing, adapting, or using a work. Do not assume that every work has identical permissions. The official license descriptions are available at Creative Commons license information.

Attribution and source details

Where attribution or other license notices are supplied with a work, retain them and follow the stated conditions. A work may require credit to its creator, a link to the license, an indication of changes, or other notices. If source or license details appear incomplete or inaccurate, contact us with the book title, YourBooksSpace page URL, original source URL, the license information, and the correction requested.

Rights concerns and removal requests

If you are a rights holder or authorized representative and believe material on this site is misidentified, unavailable under the stated terms, or otherwise infringes your rights, email [email protected]. Include the specific work and page URL, your relationship to the rights holder, the original source or rights information, a description of the concern, and the action requested. We may request reasonable information to assess a report, correct source or license details, restrict access, or remove material where appropriate. Please do not send passwords, payment data, or unrelated sensitive information.
